Prerequisites
You are logged in with supervisor or analyst rights. You have navigated to the Statisticsmodule viaApps -> Statistics.There is data for the needed day in the system.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
Statisticsmodule, go to the needed report section (for example, "Operators", "Dialogues", "Dashboard"). - In the date filter, select the needed day:
- Select start date and end date, setting the same day for both.
- Or use a ready period "Today" or "Yesterday".
- Click the "Create Report" or "Apply Filters" button.
- Review key indicators in the report:
- Number of requests for the day.
- Operator statistics.
- Processing and response times.
- Service quality.
What Happens After
You see complete team work statistics for the selected day and can assess achievement of set goals. This helps make operational decisions and plan work for the next days.
