How to View Bots List?

Viewing the bots list allows you to see all bots in the system, their statuses (active/inactive), and quickly navigate to settings for a specific bot.

Note: In the new interface, the main menu item Process Library (/process_library) is available instead — the same bots list with filters, cards, categories, and tags. See How the process library works.

When You'll Need This

  • You need to see all bots in the system and their statuses.
  • You need to find a specific bot for editing or configuration.
  • You need to check which bots are active and which are inactive.

What's Important to Know

  • Bots list — table with all bots in the system.
  • Bot status — active (enabled) or inactive (disabled).
  • Bot actions — editing, deletion, cloning, navigation to settings.

Before You Start

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Bots List

  1. Go to Settings via the main menu.
  2. In the Settings side menu, click Bots — the bots list opens (/settings-page/bots).

2. View Bots List

  1. The system displays a table with all bots in the system.
  2. In the table you will see:
    • ID — unique bot identifier
    • Name — bot name (link to navigate to scenario)
    • Status — active/inactive (toggle)
    • Actions — buttons for editing, deletion, cloning

3. View Bot Statuses

  1. In the "Status" column, you will see toggles for each bot.
  2. Active bots have the toggle enabled (green).
  3. Inactive bots have the toggle disabled (gray).

4. Navigate to Bot Settings

  1. Click on the bot name in the table — the bot scenario editor opens.
  2. Or click the "Settings" button (gear icon) — bot settings open.

What Happens Next

You see the full list of bots and can perform actions with them:

  • Navigate to bot settings
  • Edit, delete, or clone bots
  • Activate or deactivate bots

How to Verify Everything Worked

  • Check that the table displays all bots in the system.
  • Check that bot statuses are displayed correctly.
  • Try navigating to bot settings and verify that navigation works.
