Where to Work in the Interface
Main work with operator panel settings happens in the Settings module in Constructor:
/settings-page— main settings area; open it from the menu or home screen.- In the sidebar, expand Operator Panel (the label may match your UI language). Here you will find topics, skill groups, operator and dialogue statuses, tags, priorities, metrics, calendars, quick replies, and more — depending on your permissions.
- Detailed operator panel configuration screens are grouped under Settings inside the Operator Panel block (operators, notifications, timers, hot keys, styles and scripts, files, chats, tickets, client card field visibility, and more). After edits, use Save in the page header.
