How to Connect Facebook Messenger and Instagram to ConnectiveOne
Connect Facebook and Instagram pages to ConnectiveOne for processing client messages through these platforms.
Prerequisites
- Facebook business page and/or Instagram business page
- Page administrator rights (People with Facebook access)
- For simultaneous connection of Facebook Messenger and Instagram — pages must be linked to each other
Connection Methods
You can connect Facebook/Instagram in three ways:
- Providing login and password (simplest) — pass the data to a ConnectiveOne representative
- Adding KwizyBot to the page (recommended) — requires medium level of technical skills
- Self-connection (most complex) — requires technical skills
Method 1: Providing Login and Password
Send the login and password from the Facebook page to a ConnectiveOne representative for connection setup.
Important: For secure transfer, use the share.dt.evergreen.team service.
Method 2: Adding KwizyBot to the Page
Step 1: Access Check
Make sure you have administrator rights to the page in the People with Facebook access section.
Step 2: Adding KwizyBot
- Go to the Facebook business page
- Click on the profile photo in the upper right corner
- Select the required account
- Go to Professional Dashboard
- In the Your Tools section, select Page Access
- Click Add New Person
- Enter
Kwizy Botin the search or go to the link: facebook.com/KWEasyy - Grant access to the page (partial access is allowed)
- Confirm the password
- Verify that Kwizy Bot appears in People with Facebook access
Step 3: Notifying Representatives
Send ConnectiveOne representatives the link to the page where you added Kwizy Bot so they can connect it to the platform.
Method 3: Self-Connection
Important: Simultaneous connection of Facebook Messenger and Instagram to one bot is only available for linked accounts.
Step 1: Preparation
- Make sure you have completed all prerequisites
- Add a person to People with Facebook access (instead of KwizyBot, it can be anyone)
- The person you added must accept the invitation to access the page
Step 2: Authorization in ConnectiveOne
- Go to Bot Settings → select the required bot
- In the bot settings, click Login with Facebook
- In the pop-up window, change the account if needed and click Continue
- Click Continue
Step 3: Connecting Facebook Pages
- Select the option Opt in to current Pages only
- Mark the required pages (you can select multiple)
- It is recommended to select all pages you plan to connect
Step 4: Connecting Instagram Pages
- Select the option Opt in to current Pages only
- Mark the required pages (you can select multiple)
- It is recommended to select all pages you plan to connect
Step 5: Completion
- Click Save
- After reloading the page, click Connect on the required page
- If there are no pages, click Update status
After Connection
After successful connection, all messages sent to the connected Facebook/Instagram pages will be processed by the bot scenario to which the binding occurred.
Common Issues
Bot Not Found in Search
- Make sure you are entering the name, email, or link correctly
- Make sure you are not adding your own page
- Make sure the person has a public profile
- Make sure the page is not contained in Meta Business Suite → Settings → Pages
- Make sure the user is in your friends list, liked the business page, and left a message on it
If none of the methods work, try the first connection option or contact ConnectiveOne representatives.
Password Confirmation Button is Inactive
Try performing the same steps from the Facebook mobile app or through the website on a mobile device.
Two Factor Authentication Error
Enable two-factor authentication on your personal account and try disconnecting and connecting the bot again.
Permissions Error
Make sure you connected the Instagram page in step 4 of self-connection.
Unknown JSSDK Domain
ConnectiveOne representatives need to add the instance to the whitelist. Contact them.

To be able to see responses to stories, comments on posts, and other similar interactions, contact ConnectiveOne representatives.
