How to View System Status?
The system status page allows you to check the health of all key platform components, including messengers and internal modules. Now you can quickly identify the cause of possible issues and ensure the stability of integration work.
When You'll Need This
- You need to quickly check the status of all system components.
- There are issues with message delivery or module operation.
- You need to check messenger availability (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, etc.).
- You need to diagnose issues with the operator panel or other modules.

- Status page — a monitoring tool that automatically checks all components.
- Automatic checks — the system performs checks every minute and updates results every 90 seconds.
- Manual launch — you can manually launch checks at any time.
- Access — the page is available only for users with Root rights.
Before You Start
You are logged in as a Root user. You know where the help menu is in the navigation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Status Page
- Log in to the system as a Root user.
- In the top navigation, find the help menu (Help) or question icon.
- In the help menu, select "Status Page".
- The status page opens with the current state of all components.
2. View Component Status
The status page is divided into two main sections:
Communication Channel Availability
This section shows messenger status:
- Telegram — checks Telegram server availability
- Viber — checks Viber server availability
- WhatsApp — checks WhatsApp server availability
- Facebook Messenger — checks Facebook server availability
- Gmail — checks Gmail server availability
Platform Module Health
This section shows internal module status:
- Operator Panel — checks main interface health
- Files and Images — checks file upload capability
- Statistics — checks statistics module availability
- Fastline Pro — checks Fastline Pro module health
- Widget — checks widget health
3. Understand Component Statuses
Each component has one of the following statuses:
- Working (green indicator) — component is working normally, no issues.
- Degraded Performance (yellow indicator) — component is working but with limitations or delays.
- Error (red indicator) — component is unavailable or has critical issues, attention needed.
- Unknown (gray indicator) — could not determine component status, possible issue with check.
4. Get Detailed Information
- Hover your mouse over any component to see a tooltip with an explanation of what is being checked.
- Under each component name, the time of the last check is displayed.
- If a component has issues (red or yellow status), you will see additional information about the cause of the issue.
5. Launch Check Manually
- In the top right corner of the page, find the "Rerun Checks" button.
- Click the button.
- All components will show a "Checking..." indicator during checks.
- After checks complete, statuses update automatically.
- You will see a message about successful update or about an error (if issues occurred).
6. Check Last Check Time
- Under the page header, the time of the last automatic check is displayed.
- Automatic checks are performed every minute.
- Results on the page are updated every 90 seconds.

- You can quickly identify where exactly the issue occurred: on the messenger provider side or inside the platform.

How to Verify Everything Worked
- Check that the status page displays correctly with all components.
- Verify that component statuses are displayed correctly (green, yellow, red, or gray).
- Try launching a manual check and verify that statuses update.
- Hover over components and verify that tooltip with details is displayed.
- Check that the last check time is displayed and updated.
