Administrator — Quality Assurance Scenarios Hub

A page for administrators building the quality system. Here you will configure checklists, metrics, report access, and approval processes without unnecessary navigation. Below are instructions for each QA configuration step.

Quick Overview

High-Level Goals and Scenarios

Configuring Checklists and Metrics

Goal — create standardized tools for quality assessment.

  • Create checklist — how to create a new checklist for quality checks (this function is configured in the Quality Assurance module through the assessment creation interface). → Create assessment
  • Test a checklist before use — how to check criteria against a real dialogue and jump to the messages the AI used as evidence. → Test a checklist on a real dialogue
  • Configure metrics — how to set quality assessment criteria (this function is configured through operator panel settings). → Configure ticket parameters

Report Access

Goal — control who can view quality reports.

  • Configure report access — how to set access rights for viewing reports (this function is configured in the user and role management module). → Role and Access Settings

Approval Processes

Goal — configure workflow for assessment approval.

  • Configure approval processes — how to set rules for assessment approval (this function is configured through operator panel settings and roles). → Configure roles

Where to Work in the Interface
