How to Launch a Broadcast Immediately?

When you need to send a broadcast right away, without waiting for the scheduled time, immediate launch allows starting sending in a few seconds. This instruction will help launch a broadcast manually.

When Needed

  • The broadcast is already created, but you need to send it earlier than scheduled.
  • You need to quickly test the broadcast on a small group of clients.
  • You need to launch an emergency broadcast without waiting for the schedule.

  • Immediate launch — manual launch of a broadcast that starts sending immediately after clicking the button.
  • The broadcast must be active for immediate launch capability.

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in with operator or administrator rights.
  • You have navigated to the Broadcast module via Apps -> Broadcast.
