How to Launch a Broadcast Immediately?

When you need to send a broadcast right away, without waiting for the scheduled time, immediate launch allows starting sending in a few seconds. This instruction will help launch a broadcast manually.

Prerequisites

You are logged in with operator or administrator rights.
You have navigated to the Broadcast module via Menu -> Broadcast.
There is at least one active broadcast in the system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

In the Broadcast module, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens.
Find the needed broadcast in the list — make sure it is active (green indicator in the "Broadcast Active" column).
Click the "Launch" icon (blue triangle) in the row of this broadcast — the system initiates immediate broadcast launch.

What Happens After

The broadcast begins sending immediately after launch. You can track progress in the results modal window.

How to Verify It Worked

Check that the broadcast started sending — status should change to "in progress".
Open broadcast results — progress should start increasing.
Make sure messages began delivering to clients.
