How to Configure a Scheduled Broadcast?

A scheduled broadcast allows sending messages to clients at a specific time in the future. You can schedule a broadcast for a specific date and time, and the system will automatically send it at the specified moment.

When Needed

  • You need to send a broadcast on a specific day and time (for example, at 10:00 AM).
  • You need to plan a marketing campaign in advance.
  • You need to send a message in a specific time zone.

What's Important to Know

  • Scheduled broadcast — broadcast that will be automatically launched at the specified time.
  • If you specify a date and time in the past, the message will be sent within the next 1 minute.
  • The last screen displays reference information with the date and time of sending.
  • The broadcast can be activated or deactivated after creation.

Prerequisites

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Clients module via Menu -> Clients.
  2. Select the bot on whose base the sending is planned.
  3. Select the client base for the broadcast (if checkboxes are not set, all users are selected).
  4. Click the "Send to All" button or go to the "Actions" section → "Send Message".
  5. On the "Select Date for Scheduled Sending" screen, enable the toggle to activate scheduled broadcast.
  6. Select the date in the calendar and click "Confirm".
  7. Select the sending time: specify hour and minute.
  8. Confirm the date and time selection.
  9. Select the broadcast template or create a new one.
  10. Fill in all necessary broadcast parameters (text, image, alias, etc.).
  11. On the last screen, check the reference information with the date and time of sending.
  12. Click the "Next" or "Save" button to save the scheduled broadcast.

⚠️ Important: If you specify a date and time in the past, the message will be sent within the next 1 minute.

What Happens After

The broadcast is saved in the system and will be automatically launched at the specified time. You can check the broadcast status in the Broadcast module → Broadcasts.

How to Verify It Worked

  • Check that the broadcast appears in the broadcast list with the correct date and time.
  • Make sure the broadcast status shows it is scheduled.
  • Check that all parameters (template, topic, clients) are specified correctly.
