How to Check Broadcast Status?

When you need to quickly find out if a broadcast is launched and at what stage it is, checking status helps control the sending process. This instruction will help see the current state of a broadcast.

When Needed

  • You need to check if the broadcast is active and if it is being sent.
  • You need to find out if a scheduled broadcast is ready to launch.
  • You need to quickly assess the sending progress of a large broadcast.

What's Important to Know

  • Broadcast status — current state of the broadcast (active, inactive, in sending process, completed).
  • "Broadcast Active" indicator — green toggle means active broadcast, gray — inactive.
  • Status can be checked directly in the broadcasts table.

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in with integrator or operator rights.
  • You have navigated to the Broadcast module via Apps -> Broadcast.
  • There is at least one broadcast in the system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the Broadcast module, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens.
  2. Find the needed broadcast in the list — in the "Broadcast Active" column you will see the status indicator:
    • Green toggle — broadcast is active and will be sent on schedule or is already being sent.
    • Gray toggle — broadcast is inactive and will not be sent.
  3. For detailed information, click the "Result" icon (blue circle) in the broadcast row — a modal window opens with detailed statistics.

What Happens After

You see the current broadcast status and can make decisions about further actions (activate, deactivate, or view detailed statistics).

How to Verify It Worked

  • Check that the status indicator displays the correct broadcast state.
  • If the broadcast is active, it should be launched on schedule or already be sending.
