How to View Delivery Statistics?
When you need to find out how many messages were successfully delivered to clients and how many errors occurred, delivery statistics helps assess broadcast effectiveness. This instruction will help see detailed information about message delivery.
When Needed
- The broadcast is completed or is in the process of sending.
- You need to check if all messages were successfully delivered.
- You need to analyze the number of errors and reasons for their occurrence.

Prerequisites
You are logged in with analyst, operator, or integrator rights. You have navigated to the Broadcastmodule viaApps -> Broadcast.There is at least one broadcast in the system that has already been launched or completed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
Broadcastmodule, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens. - Find the needed broadcast in the list and click the "Result" icon (blue circle) in the row of this broadcast — a modal window appears with the broadcast name and statistics table.
- In the statistics table, find delivery indicators:
- Number of Delivered Messages — how many messages were successfully delivered to clients.
- Number of Errors — how many messages failed to send.
- View additional information:
- Broadcast Progress (in percentage) — what percentage of messages have already been sent.
- Broadcast Duration (in minutes) — how long the sending took.
What Happens After
You see a complete picture of message delivery and can assess broadcast effectiveness. This information helps identify problems and improve settings for future campaigns.
How to Verify It Worked
- Check that the modal window opened with the correct broadcast name.
- Make sure delivery indicators display correctly.
- If the broadcast is still ongoing, check that statistics update in real time.
