How to View Broadcast Results?
When you need to see detailed execution statistics of a broadcast — how many messages were delivered, how many errors occurred, what the sending speed is — viewing results helps assess campaign effectiveness. This instruction will help get a complete picture of broadcast execution.
When Needed
- The broadcast is completed or is in the process of sending.
- You need to check if all messages were successfully delivered.
- You need to analyze sending speed and efficiency.
What's Important to Know
- Broadcast results — detailed statistics that includes duration, speed, progress, number of delivered messages and errors.
- Results are available for broadcasts that have already been launched.
- Statistics update in real time during sending.
Prerequisites
You are logged in with integrator, operator, or analyst rights. You have navigated to the Broadcastmodule viaApps -> Broadcast.There is at least one broadcast in the system that has already been launched or completed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
Broadcastmodule, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens. - Find the needed broadcast in the list and click on the "Result" icon (blue circle) in the row of this broadcast — a modal window appears with the broadcast name and statistics table.
- View detailed information in the table:
- Broadcast Duration (in minutes) — how long the sending took.
- Broadcast Speed — number of messages per unit of time.
- Broadcast Progress (in percentage) — what percentage of messages have already been sent.
- Number of Delivered Messages — how many messages were successfully delivered.
- Number of Errors — how many messages failed to send.
What Happens After
You see a complete picture of broadcast execution and can assess its effectiveness. This information helps make decisions about further actions or improve settings.
How to Verify It Worked
- Check that the modal window opened with the correct broadcast name.
- Make sure all statistics indicators display correctly.
- If the broadcast is still ongoing, check that progress updates in real time.
