How to View a Broadcast Report?
The broadcast report contains detailed information about broadcast execution: number of delivered messages, errors, duration, and other metrics. This allows assessing campaign effectiveness and identifying problems.
When Needed
- You need to check how many messages were delivered to clients.
- You need to learn about delivery errors and their number.
- You need to analyze broadcast effectiveness for further improvement.

Prerequisites
You are logged in with operator, analyst, or administrator rights. You have navigated to the Broadcastmodule viaApps -> Broadcast.There are executed broadcasts in the system for viewing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Viewing Broadcast Table
- In the
Broadcastmodule, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens. - The table displays the following columns:
- Broadcast Name — name from the broadcast template (does not change when editing the template)
- Template — template name (displays the last set value)
- Topic — broadcast topic
- Start Date — date and time of broadcast start
- Broadcast Active — icon that shows whether the broadcast is currently executing
- Result — information about the selected broadcast (clicking opens a modal window with details)
- "Change" button — allows making changes to name, template, broadcast topic
- "Delete" button — deletes broadcast information from the table
Detailed Result Information
Click the "Result" icon for the needed broadcast — a modal window opens with expanded information.
The modal window displays the following metrics:
- Broadcast Duration (in minutes) — minimum value 1 minute
- Broadcast Speed (count/60 minutes) — number of sent messages per 1 minute (minimum value 0)
- Start Date — date and time of broadcast start
- Number of Errors — messages that did not reach the user
- Number of Delivered Messages — messages that users have already received
- Number of Streams — number of simultaneous streams of the broadcast process (reference information)
- Broadcast End Time — date and time of broadcast completion
- Number of Not Sent Messages — messages that the user has not yet received
Close the modal window after viewing information.
