How to Export Broadcast Results?

When you need to get detailed broadcast statistics for further analysis in external tools or reports, exporting results allows downloading data to a file. This instruction will help export broadcast statistics.

When Needed

  • You need to create a report on broadcast effectiveness for management.
  • You need to analyze data in Excel or other analysis tools.
  • You need to save results history for comparison with future campaigns.

Prerequisites

  • You have navigated to the Broadcast module via Apps -> Broadcast.
  • There is at least one broadcast in the system that has already been launched or completed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the Broadcast module, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens.
  2. Find the needed broadcast in the list and click the "Result" icon (blue circle) in the row of this broadcast — a modal window appears with the broadcast name and statistics table.
  3. In the modal window, find the "Export" or "Download" button at the bottom or top of the window.
  4. Click the export button — the system generates a file with statistics and offers to download it.

What Happens After

The file with broadcast statistics downloads to your computer. You can open it in Excel or another program for further analysis.

How to Verify It Worked

  • Check that the file successfully downloaded to your computer.
  • Open the file and make sure all data is exported correctly.
  • Check that the file contains all needed metrics (deliveries, opens, clicks).
