How to Export Broadcast Results to Excel?
When you need to get a detailed list of broadcast logs for analysis in Excel or other tools, export allows downloading the data as an .xlsx file. This guide describes how to export logs from a Broadcast V1 campaign.
When Needed
- You need to create a report on message delivery for management.
- You need to analyze who received or did not receive messages (Excel, Google Sheets).
- You need to save results history for comparison with other campaigns.
What's Important to Know
- Export results — downloading broadcast logs to an Excel (.xlsx) file.
- Exported data includes: send time, content (event type), channel, chat ID, recipient name, status or error details, technical log type.
- The file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or other programs.
- Maximum export rows — 50,000. If there are more logs, the system will show an error message.
Prerequisites
You are logged in with broadcast viewing rights. You have navigated to the Broadcast module via the menu. There is at least one Broadcast V1 in the system that has been launched or completed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the Broadcast module, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens.
- Find the needed broadcast in the list and click on the row (or the info icon) to open the broadcast details dialog.
- In the dialog, switch to the "Logs" tab — a table with broadcast logs appears.
- Next to the log type filter, find the "Export to Excel" button and click it.
- The system generates the file and offers to download it. The file name will be
broadcast_<id>_results.xlsx.
What Happens After
The file with broadcast logs downloads to your computer. You can open it in Excel or another program. The columns in the file match what is shown on screen: send time, content, channel, chat ID, name, status or details.
How to Verify It Worked
- Check that the file successfully downloaded.
- Open the file in Excel and verify that the columns and data match expectations.
- If you see an error message (e.g., row limit exceeded or no permissions), contact your administrator.
