How to View Open Statistics?

When you need to find out how many clients opened messages from the broadcast, open statistics helps assess audience interest. This instruction will help see detailed information about message opens.

  • You need to assess how effective the broadcast is by open rate.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the Broadcast module, go to the "Broadcasts" section — a table with all broadcasts opens.
  2. Find the needed broadcast in the list and click the "Result" icon (blue circle) in the row of this broadcast — a modal window appears with the broadcast name and statistics table.
  3. In the statistics table, find open indicators:
    • Number of Opens — how many clients opened the message.
    • Open Percentage — ratio of opens to number of delivered messages.

You see a complete picture of client interest in the broadcast and can assess campaign effectiveness. This information helps improve content and sending time for future broadcasts.
