Configure notifications in your profile
Notifications help you avoid missing events in the Operator Panel (tickets, chats, SLA, CSAT, and more). The full reference is the Notification Center guide; this page is a short entry from Profile.
When it is useful
- You need to turn delivery channels on or off (bell, banners, sound, browser, messengers).
- You want to choose which events notify you and through which channels.
- You need to link Telegram or Viber, or verify browser notifications.
What to know
- The full Notification Center (tabs Channels, Notification types, System messages in chat, Reminders) appears only when the capability is enabled on your instance — your platform administrator controls that.
- If the Notification Center is not enabled, the profile shows a simplified screen (sound, browser, and so on) without the full NC type and channel matrix.
- Some rows (including part of CSAT, SLA, normatives) may be view-only until the administrator enables extended types on the instance.
For event types, channels, and limits, see:
Before you start
- You are logged in.
- You know whether the Notification Center is enabled on your instance (ask your administrator if unsure).
Step-by-step
- Open Profile → Notifications (or user menu → Settings → Notifications).
- If the Notification Center is available:
- On Channels, enable the channels you need and link external channels (for example, Telegram) if required.
- On Notification types, choose events and channels per type (search and bulk actions are available).
- On System messages in chat, choose whether Fast Line service lines appear in the dialogue history.
- On Reminders, turn availability reminders on or off (for example, a reminder to change status when you cannot receive new chats). These are not bell or browser notifications.
- Click Save at the top of the profile page.
- If you see the simplified screen, adjust the available toggles (sound, browser, and so on) and Save.

What happens next
After saving, notifications follow your channel and type choices, subject to mandatory channels and types your administrator may set for the instance.
