Configure Notifications

Notifications help you not miss important messages and events in the system. This instruction will show how to configure notifications in the profile to receive information about new requests, messages, and other events.

When It Will Be Useful

  • You need to configure which notifications you want to receive.
  • You want to change how you receive notifications (sound, visual, email).
  • You need to set the time when notifications will be active.
  • You want to configure priorities of different notification types.

  • Notifications — informational messages about events in the system (new requests, messages, tasks).

Before You Start

  • You are logged in with operator rights.
  • You have navigated to the Profile module through the menu or profile icon.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the Profile module, find the "Notifications" section.
  2. Review available notification types and their current settings.
  3. Configure notification types:
    • New requests — notifications about new requests in the queue.
    • New messages — notifications about new messages in dialogues.
    • Requests assigned to me — notifications when requests are assigned to you.
    • Important events — notifications about system events and updates.
  4. Select how to receive notifications:
    • Browser — notifications in the browser (including sound).
    • Email — sending notifications to email.
    • Mobile device — push notifications (if available).
  5. Configure additional parameters:
    • Notification active time (working hours, weekends).
    • Notification frequency (instantly, once per hour, once per day).
    • Priorities of different notification types.
  6. Click the "Save" button — settings are saved and will start working.
