Configure Folders
Folders in the profile allow you to configure personal organization of the workspace in the OperatorLine module. This instruction will show how to configure the display and organization of request folders in your profile.

- You need to change the display order of folders in your interface.

Before You Start
You are logged in with operator rights. You have navigated to the Profilemodule through the menu or profile icon.You have access to the profile or folder settings section.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
Profilemodule, find the "Folders" section. - Review the list of available folders and their current settings.
- To change folder order:
- Use drag & drop to change the order.
- Or set ordinal numbers for each folder.
- To hide/show folders:
- Find the needed folder in the list.
- Toggle the "Show" or "Hide" switch.
- Configure additional parameters (if available):
- Folder icon size.
- Display style (list, grid).
- Number of requests displayed in the folder.
- Click the "Save" button — settings are saved and will apply to your interface.
What Happens After
Folder settings are saved and will apply to your personal interface in the OperatorLine module. You will see folders in the set order according to your settings.
How to Verify Everything Worked
- Check that settings are saved in the profile.
- Navigate to the OperatorLine module and verify that folders are displayed according to settings.
- Check that folder order matches your requirements.
Other Ways
