Configure Signature
A signature is automatically added to messages you send to clients. This instruction will show how to configure a signature in the profile so it appears in all your responses.
When It Will Be Useful
- You need to add a signature to all sent messages.
- You want to update information in the signature (name, position, contacts).
- You need to configure signature formatting (HTML or text).
- You want to use different signatures for different bots or channels.

- Signature — text that is automatically added to the end of operator messages.
- A signature can contain HTML formatting for highlighting text, links, etc.
- A signature is applied to all messages you send to clients.

Before You Start
You are logged in with operator rights. You have navigated to the Profilemodule through the menu or profile icon.You have access to the profile settings section.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
Profilemodule, find the "Signature" section. - In the editing field, enter the signature text:
- Name and position (for example, "John Doe, Customer Support Specialist").
- Contact information (phone, email, if needed).
- Company information (if required).
- Configure formatting (if available):
- Use HTML tags for formatting (bold, italic, links).
- Or use plain text if HTML is not supported.
- Configure additional settings (if available):
- Apply signature to all messages or only specific channels.
- Set different signatures for different bots.
- Click "Save" — the signature is saved and will be added to your messages.
What Happens After
The signature is configured and will be automatically added to all messages you send to clients. It will appear at the end of each message.
How to Verify Everything Worked
- Check that the signature is saved in the profile.
- Send a test message and verify that the signature appears at the end.
- Check that formatting is displayed correctly (if HTML is used).
