Administrator — OperatorLine Scenarios Hub

Prepare the Operator Panel for consistent team work. Use this hub to configure folders, corporate signatures, topics, tags, and access, then verify each setting before operators start handling requests.

Panel Configuration

Goal — configure the operator panel interface for convenient work.

Folder Management

Goal — create a folder structure for organizing requests.

Signature Settings

Goal — configure corporate signature templates for operators.

Topic and Tag Policy

Goal — establish rules for using topics and tags in requests.

Access Control

Goal — ensure security and access control to the module.

Settings are done in administrative sections of the system:

  • "Settings" module: for configuring panel, topic and tag policies.
  • "Users and Roles" module: for configuring access rights.
