Apply Filters to Report
When you need to analyze specific data, filters help quickly find exactly what interests you. This instruction will show how to filter a report by various parameters to get accurate results for decision-making.
When Needed
- You need to see statistics for a specific period.
- You need to analyze work of individual operators or groups.
- You want to find requests by specific topics or tags.
- You need data only from specific communication channels.
What's Important to Know
- Filters — parameters by which report data is selected.
- Time period — date range for which the report is generated.
- Multiple selection — ability to select multiple values for one filter.
- Apply filters — button that updates the report considering selected parameters.
Prerequisites
You are logged in with analyst or supervisor rights. You have navigated to the Statisticsmodule viaApps -> Statistics.You are on the tab with the needed report.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Select the period for analysis in the date field — select start date and end date or use ready periods (week, month).
- If needed, select additional filters:
- Operator — to analyze work of specific operators.
- Channel — to select data from specific messengers or channels.
- Topic — to search for requests by specific topics.
- Tags — to filter by request tags.
- Skill group — to analyze work of specific operator groups.
- If you need statistics for all bots, enable the "Filter by all bots" toggle.
- Click the "Create Report" or "Apply Filters" button — the system updates data considering selected parameters.
What Happens After
The report updates and shows only data that matches selected filters. You will see updated charts, tables, and metrics.
How to Verify It Worked
- Check that data in the report matches selected parameters.
- Make sure dates in the date picker are correct.
- If multiple values are selected in filters, check that all are displayed.
