When you need to save report data for further analysis or share with colleagues, export helps download all information in a convenient format. This instruction will show how to export a report to CSV, XLS, or XLSX format.

Prerequisites
You are logged in with analyst or supervisor rights. You have navigated to the Statisticsmodule viaApps -> Statistics.You are on the tab with the needed report and have applied needed filters.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Apply filters to the report if needed — set the period and other parameters you want to include in the file.
- Click the "Export" button (download icon) in the upper right corner of the report.
- Select file format from the dropdown menu:
- CSV — for simple tables and import into various systems.
- XLS — for opening in older Excel versions.
- XLSX — for modern Excel versions and Google Sheets.
- The file automatically begins downloading to your device.
What Happens After
The file with report data downloads to your device with a name containing the module name and unique identifier. You can open it in the corresponding program and work with data.
How to Verify It Worked
- Check your device's downloads folder — the file should appear in a few seconds.
- Open the file and make sure all data is exported correctly.
- Check that applied filters are reflected in the file data.
