How to Configure Chat Parameters?

Configuring chats allows you to change display and behavior parameters for chats in the operator panel, such as message display, spell checking, etc.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Chat Settings

  1. Go to the Settings module through the menu or directly at /settings-page.
  2. In the side menu, find the "Settings" section and expand it.
  3. Click on "Chat Settings" (/settings-page/op-settings/chats).

2. Configure Display Parameters

  1. Review available message display parameters.
  2. Configure parameters according to your needs:
    • Message time display
    • Text formatting
    • Delivery status display
    • Other parameters (depending on implementation)

3. Configure Spell Checking

  1. Find the "Spell Checking" option or similar.
