How to Reset Password Through "Forgot Password?"

A self-service way to recover access in a few minutes: request a magic link via email or phone, open it, and set a new password.

When It Will Be Useful

  • You forgot your current password or cannot log in.
  • The link expired or was already used — you need a new one.

What's Important to Know

  • The link is one-time and valid for up to 1 hour (may be shorter if configured).
  • If email/phone is not in the system, the message will still be successful — this is normal to protect credentials.

Before You Start

  • You know the email or phone number linked to the account.
  • You have access to email or SMS on this number.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email or phone number in the format +380....
  3. Confirm — a message will appear that the link has been sent (even if the account is not found).
  4. Open email or SMS and click the magic link.
  5. Set a new password twice and confirm.
  6. Log in with the new password.

What Happens After

  • The password is updated immediately, you can log in.
  • The old magic link becomes invalid.

How to Verify Everything Worked

  • You logged in with the new password without errors.
  • No error message appears when opening the link.
