Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
BroadcastUsersmodule, find or filter clients to whom you need to send a broadcast. - Select clients for the broadcast:
- For manual selection, use checkboxes next to client names in the list.
- Or apply filters for automatic selection of a client group.
- Find the "Send Broadcast" or "Send Message" button (usually located above the client list).
- In the broadcast creation dialog:
- Enter the message text that will be sent to clients.
- Select communication channels through which to send the broadcast (if there is a choice).
- Add attachments (images, files) if needed.
- Check the number of selected clients to whom the message will be sent.
- Click the "Send" or "Submit" button — the broadcast is sent to selected clients.
