Filter Assessments
Filtering assessments allows quickly finding needed quality checks by various criteria. This instruction will show how to use filters to search and analyze specific quality assessments.
When It Will Be Useful
- You need to find assessments by a specific operator or period.
- You want to view assessments by certain criteria or topics.
- You need to filter assessments for analysis or reporting.
- You want to find problem requests with low assessments.
What's Important to Know
- Assessment filters — conditions for selecting quality checks by various parameters.
- You can combine several filters simultaneously for precise search.
- Filters may include operator, period, assessment, channel, topic, etc.
- Filtering results are displayed in the assessments list in real time.
Before You Start
You are logged in with analyst or supervisor rights. You have navigated to the Quality Assurancemodule through the menuApps -> Quality Assurance.There are conducted quality checks in the system for filtering.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Assessments Page
- In the Quality Assurance module, go to the "Assessments" section.
- The system automatically loads the assessments list with default filters (last month, all statuses).
2. Use Side Panel Filters
- In the side panel, find filters (AssessmentFilters):
- Period — select from/to dates for period filtering.
- Status — select assessment status (evaluated, approved).
- Operator — select operator from the list.
- Checklist — select checklist from the list.
- Score Range — enter minimum and maximum score (from-to).
- Critical Violations — enable if you need to show only assessments with critical violations.
- Search — additional search by dialogue ID, operator, or checklist.
3. Apply Filters
- Select filters (status, operator, checklist) update instantly when selected.
- Input filters (search, score range) update with a 2.5 second delay or after pressing Enter.
- The table automatically updates considering filters without needing to click the "Apply" button.
4. Combine Filters with Quick Search
- In the upper part of the page, use the "Quick Search" field for quick search.
- Quick Search works together with other filters — search results are also filtered by active filters.
- Enter text in the Quick Search field (dialogue ID, dialogue name, operator name, or checklist name).
- The system automatically performs search with a 400ms delay while typing.
5. Verify Results
- Check that the table updated and displays only assessments matching filters.
- Check the number of found assessments (if displayed).
- If there are no results, try changing or relaxing filters.
6. Reset Filters
- To reset individual filters, clear filter values or select "All" / "All".
- To reset all filters, clear the Quick Search field and all filters.
- The system automatically returns to default filters.
What Happens After
The assessments list updates automatically:
- Only assessments matching active filters are displayed.
- Quick Search works together with filters for more precise search.
- The table updates without page reload.
- Filters are saved while working on the page.
How to Verify Everything Worked
- Check that the assessments list updated after applying filters.
- Verify that only assessments matching criteria are displayed.
- Check the number of found assessments to ensure filtering works correctly.
Important Notes
- ⚡ Automatic Update: The table automatically updates when filters change — no need to click the "Apply" button.
- 🔍 Combining: Filters can be combined with Quick Search and sorting for more precise search.
- 📊 Export: Exporting assessments includes all active filters — you will get only filtered data.
- 💾 Saving: Filters are saved while working on the page — you won't lose settings when navigating to assessment details.
