When Needed
- You need to add new documents to the agent's knowledge base.
- You want to give the agent access to specific information (FAQ, instructions, documentation).
- You need to fill the knowledge base with initial information.

What's Important to Know
- Knowledge Base (KB) — collection of documents used by the agent to formulate answers.
- Files can be of various formats (TXT, PDF, DOCX, MD, HTML, etc.).
