Run KB Synchronization

Running knowledge base synchronization updates information in the agent's knowledge base from configured data sources. This instruction will show how to run knowledge base synchronization manually or check its status.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the FastLinePro module, find the needed agent in the agent list.
  2. Open agent settings and find the "Knowledge Base" or "Knowledge Base" section.
  3. Find the "Synchronization" or "Sync" section in knowledge base settings.
  4. To run synchronization:
    • Find the "Run Synchronization" or "Sync Now" button.
    • Click the button — synchronization begins executing.
  5. View synchronization status:
    • Status is displayed in the synchronization section (running, completed, error).
    • Check synchronization progress (if available).
    • Wait for synchronization to complete.
  6. Check results:
    • Review the number of updated records.
    • Check synchronization logs for errors (if available).
