How to Connect WhatsApp to ConnectiveOne

Connect WhatsApp Business API to ConnectiveOne for processing client messages through WhatsApp.


Prerequisites

  • Account in 360dialog or SendPulse service
  • API key from the provider

Registration in 360dialog

  1. Register on 360dialog
  2. After registration, you will receive:
    • API key
    • Request address (API URL)

Connecting to ConnectiveOne

  1. Go to Bot Settings → select the needed bot
  2. In the Channels section, find WhatsApp
  3. Fill in the fields:
    • WhatsApp token — paste the received API key
    • WhatsApp service — enter 360dialog
    • WhatsApp api url — specify the address from 360dialog
  4. Click Bind

Typical values:

  • WhatsApp service: 360dialog
  • WhatsApp api URL: https://waba.360dialog.io

After successful connection, a green icon will appear next to the channel name.

After Connection

After successful connection, all messages sent to the connected WhatsApp number will be processed by the bot scenario to which the binding occurred.
