Filter Clients
Filtering clients helps quickly find needed clients by various criteria. This instruction will show how to use filters to search for clients by tags, channels, subscription statuses, and other parameters.
When It Will Be Useful
- You need to find clients by certain tags or characteristics.
- You want to select clients by communication channels.
- You need to find clients with active or inactive subscriptions.
- You want to filter clients by registration date or last activity.
- You need to find clients with or without a registered contact.
What's Important to Know
- Filters — conditions for selecting clients by various parameters.
- Registered contact — indicates whether the client has at least one channel where the user signed in to their profile or provided a phone number or email. In the Registered contact column, a green mark means yes, a red mark means no.
- You can combine several filters simultaneously for precise search.
- Filtering results are displayed in the client list in real time.
- Filters can be saved for later use.
Before You Start
You are logged in with operator rights. You have navigated to the Clients module via Menu -> Clients. There are clients in the system that need to be filtered.
Step-by-Step Instructions

- Configure filtering conditions:
- Tags — select one or several tags from the list.
- Channels — select communication channels (Telegram, Viber, Email, etc.).
- Subscription status — select active, inactive, or all subscriptions.
- Registration date — set a date range.
- Last activity — specify the period of last activity.
- Registered contact — click the info icon in the column header to read the description. Green marks mean the client has a registered contact; red marks mean they do not. In the column filter, choose one of:
