How to View a Client Card?

When you need to get complete information about a client, viewing the card helps see all data and communication channels in one place. This instruction will help you open detailed information about a client.

When It Will Be Useful

  • You need to view complete information about a client.
  • You need to see all client communication channels.
  • You need to get access to editing client data.

What's Important to Know

  • Client card — side panel with detailed information about a client.
  • This is the same card that opens in the Operator Panel when viewing a dialog with the client — the Clients and OperatorLine modules are connected.
  • The card displays main data (name, email, phone) and editing capability.
  • From the card, you can navigate to dialogues with the client in different channels.

  3. In the side panel, review the information:
    • Main data: name, email, phone.
    • Comments and tags: additional information about the client.
    • Communication channels: list of all channels through which the client interacts with the system.

What Happens After

  • Verify that all data displays correctly.
  • Try performing actions from the card (editing, navigating to dialogue).
