How to View Assessments List and Find the Needed One?
Viewing the assessments list allows seeing all conducted quality checks and quickly finding the needed assessment through quick search and filters.
When It Will Be Useful
- You need to see all quality assessments in the system.
- You need to find a specific assessment by dialogue ID, operator, or checklist.
- You need to filter assessments by various criteria (period, status, operator, etc.).
What's Important to Know
- Assessments list — table with all quality assessments of dialogues.
- Quick Search — field for quick search by dialogue ID, dialogue name, operator name, or checklist name.
- Filters — detailed filters for searching assessments by various criteria.
- Export — you can export filtered assessments to CSV.
Before You Start
You are logged in with QA Lead or QA Specialist rights. You have navigated to the Quality Assurance module through the menu Apps -> Quality Assurance.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Assessments List
- In the Quality Assurance module, go to the "Assessments" section.
- The system automatically loads the assessments list with default filters (last month, all statuses).
2. View Assessments List
- In the table, you will see columns:
- ID — unique assessment identifier
- Dialogue — dialogue ID and name (format "ID - Title")
- Checklist — name of the used checklist
- Operator — operator first and last name
- Score — overall assessment score
- Critical — number of critical violations
- Date — assessment date
- Status — assessment status (evaluated, approved)
- Use sorting by clicking on column headers.
3. Use Quick Search
- In the upper part of the page, find the "Quick Search" field with a search icon.
- Enter text in the search field:
- Dialogue ID (for example, "12345")
- Dialogue name
- Operator name
- Checklist name
- The system automatically performs search with a 400ms delay while typing.
- The table updates with search results.
- To clear the search, delete text from the field.
4. Apply Filters
- In the side panel, find filters:
- Period — select from/to dates for period filtering.
- Status — select assessment status (evaluated, approved).
- Operator — select operator from the list.
- Checklist — select checklist from the list.
- Score Range — enter minimum and maximum score.
- Critical Violations — enable if you need to show only assessments with critical violations.
- Search — additional search by dialogue ID, operator, or checklist.
- Select filters update instantly.
- Input filters (search, score range) update with a 2.5 second delay or after pressing Enter.
- The table automatically updates considering filters.
5. Export Assessments
- After applying filters and search, click the "Export" button on the toolbar.
- The system makes an API request with all active filters (including Quick Search).
- The browser automatically downloads a CSV file named
assessments_export.csv. - The file contains columns: id, dialog (ID - Title), checklist, operator (first + last name), score, critical_count, status, assessed_at.
6. Go to Assessment Details
- Click on the table row or assessment ID.
- The assessment details page opens for viewing and editing.
What Happens After
You see the assessments list with the ability to:
- Quickly search for the needed assessment.
- Filter by various criteria.
- Export data for analysis.
- Navigate to assessment details.
How to Verify Everything Worked
- Check that the table displays assessments according to filters and search.
- Try finding a specific assessment through Quick Search and verify that search works.
- Export assessments and verify that the CSV file contains correct data.
