Create Segment by Filters
Creating a segment by filters allows saving a combination of client selection conditions for quick access and use in mailings. This instruction will show how to create a segment based on filters for further work with a client group.

Before You Start
You are logged in with integrator rights. You have navigated to the BroadcastUsersmodule through the menuApps -> BroadcastUsers.You have determined client selection conditions for the segment.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
BroadcastUsersmodule, configure filters to select needed clients:- Select tags, channels, subscription statuses, and other criteria.
- Verify that the list of filtered clients matches your requirements.
- Find the "Save Segment" or "Create Segment" button (usually located near the filters).
- In the segment creation dialog:
- Enter the segment name — choose a clear name that describes the client group.
- Add a description (optional) — additional notes about the segment's purpose.
- Configure availability — select whether the segment will be available only to you or to the team.
- Verify that all filters are saved correctly.
- Click the "Create" or "Save" button — the segment is created and appears in the list of available segments.

The segment is created and saves all filtering conditions. You can use it for quick client selection and creating mailings without reconfiguring filters.
