View Client Channels
Viewing client channels shows all ways of communication with the client, including messengers, email, and other channels. This instruction will show how to view client channels and their statuses in the BroadcastUsers module.
When It Will Be Useful
- You need to see all channels through which the client can receive messages.
- You want to check subscription status for different channels.
- You need to find out which channels are active for a specific client.
- You want to view communication history by channels.
What's Important to Know
- Channels — ways of communication with the client (Telegram, Viber, Email, SMS, etc.).
- A client can have several channels simultaneously.
- Each channel has a subscription status (active, inactive, blocked).
- Channels may display communication history and last activity.
Before You Start
You are logged in with operator rights. You have navigated to the BroadcastUsersmodule through the menuApps -> BroadcastUsers.You have a client card open.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the
BroadcastUsersmodule, find the needed client in the list. - Open the client card by clicking on their name or row in the list.
- In the client card, find the "Channels" section.
- Review the list of client channels:
- Channel name (Telegram, Viber, Email, etc.).
- Subscription status (active, inactive).
- Contact data for the channel (phone number, email, username).
- Last activity or date of last message.
- Activity indicator — green dot next to the channel icon, which shows the presence of active (unclosed) dialogues.
- To view detailed information about a channel, click on the channel in the list.
- Viewing active dialogues (in OperatorLine):
- If you are working in the OperatorLine module, clicking on a channel with an activity indicator opens a preview window with the latest messages from the active dialogue.
- You can scroll the preview to view history and click "Go to dialogue" to open the full chat or ticket interface.
What Happens After
You see all client channels and their current statuses. This helps understand through which channels you can contact the client and which channels are active for sending messages.
How to Verify Everything Worked
- Check that the channel list is displayed in the client card.
- Verify that channel statuses are correct and up to date.
- Check that contact data for each channel displays correctly.
Other Ways
- You can open communication history for a specific channel.
- Some channels may have additional settings and parameters.
- You can send test messages through the channel for verification.
