Administrator — BroadcastUsers Scenarios Hub
A page for administrators managing access to the client database. Here you can quickly configure roles, rights, and data security. Below are instructions for access and checks without unnecessary navigation.
Quick Overview
High-Level Goals and Scenarios
Access Control
Goal — ensure client data security through access rights control.
- Configure module access rights — how to set who can view and edit client data (this function is configured in the user and role management module). → Role and Access Settings
Untangling Mixed-Up Client Cards
Goal — find and untangle cards where different people got mixed together, or where one client's history was split across several cards.
- Check the database and read the case list — run the check, judge the scale, narrow the list. → How to Find Mixed-Up Client Cards
- Work through a case — choose the operation, review the preview, apply the changes. → How to Work Through a Case and Apply an Operation
- Verify what actually changed — review the journal of performed operations. → How to Check the Operations Journal
Where to Work in the Interface
Access control is configured in the user and role management module:
- "Users and Roles" module: for configuring access rights to the BroadcastUsers module.
- "Clients" module: for checking access and controlling work with data.
- "Client deduplication" tab in the Clients module: for untangling mixed-up cards. For now it is available to the root user only — it cannot be granted to another role, and there is no checkbox for it in role settings.
