How to Find a Client?

When you need to quickly find a specific client among the entire database, global search helps find the needed information in a few seconds. This instruction will help you find a client by name, phone, or email.

When It Will Be Useful

  • You need to find a client by name or surname.
  • You need to find a client by phone number.
  • You need to find a client by email address.

  • Global search — search by main client fields (name, phone, email).
  • Search works across the entire client database simultaneously.
  • Results are displayed in the clients table.

Before You Start

  • You are logged in with operator rights or higher.
  • You have navigated to the "Clients" module through the menu Apps -> Clients.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the "Clients" module, find the "Search" field in the upper part of the page.
  2. Enter a search query in the search field (name, surname, phone, or email).
  3. Press Enter or click the search button — the table updates and shows only clients whose data matches the search query.

What Happens After

The clients table updates and displays only matching results. You can view the client card or perform other actions.
