Release 5.5.4
For Telegram broadcast templates in MarkdownV2 mode, what you see in the editor matches what the customer gets in the messenger. Chat history and latest bot steps open in draggable windows instead of covering the screen.
Broadcasts
Improved
- Preview and Telegram send (MarkdownV2). Formatting from the editor (bold, italic, strike, links) is converted for Telegram; the toolbar only offers supported actions. When extended mode is turned off, stray strike markers are stripped so preview matches legacy behaviour.
Operator Line
New
- Ticket row emphasis. In the chat list and table view, ticket rows get tint and a left-edge stripe by state (outdated, resolved, paused, etc.).
Improved
Chat history and latest bot steps open in non-modal, draggable windows; they close when you switch chats or leave the screen; history titles include dialog creation date. Latest-steps content scrolls inside the window height.
Chat folder filters. Client search sits higher in basic filters; a short tooltip explains searchable fields (phone, username, chat ID, email). Placeholder copy is updated.
Copilot last-message label. The chat list shows when the latest line came from Copilot; preview text can fall back to the previous agent/customer message so the row stays readable.
Draft preview in the chat list. Draft snippets no longer render raw HTML from storage and truncate safely; corrupted saved drafts do not break the chat row.
Email chat composer. The rich editor is reinitialised less often when switching between email dialogs; toolbar visibility persists across visits. If init is slow, the loading state clears when the editor is ready or within a few seconds.
Multi-line email. Line breaks from typing or paste are preserved in the sent email. Plain-text paste lands at the cursor with line breaks; pasting an image from the clipboard behaves as before.
