- Long lists in chat folder filters (bots, channels, subjects, tags) now support search — no more scrolling to find a value.
- Operator panel behaviour when working with a dialog (including on close) is more predictable.

- "What's new" and "Product roadmap" entries in the Constructor open the public documentation and roadmap pages. You can override the URLs in instance settings if needed.

- The platform prepares consistent ticket data slices for reports and dashboards (operator load, response quality) — easier to build metrics without mixing data sources in one query.
