Release 5.4.3

What changed

  • Constructor: What’s new and Product roadmap open the public documentation and roadmap pages; administrators can optionally override URLs in instance settings.
  • Operator Line: MultiSelect fields in chat folder filters (bots, channels, subjects, tags, and similar long lists) now support search, so you can find values faster.
  • Ticket analytics: the platform prepares consistent slices for ticket reporting and dashboards (operator load, response quality) so metrics are easier to build without mixing incompatible data sources in one query.
  • Operator panel: small behavior refinements when working with a dialog (including on close) for a more predictable UI.

How it changed

Before: update and roadmap entries in the Constructor menu could point to internal routes; long option lists in folder filters had to be scrolled without search; ticket analytics often relied on ad-hoc joins across sources.

Now: you open external release and roadmap pages (or admin-provided URLs), configure folder filters faster with MultiSelect search, and ticket reporting can rely on more stable prepared data; operator panel behavior matches expectations more closely.

Why it matters: less time spent on folder setup and finding product news, and a clearer picture for supervisors and analysts without extra technical workarounds.
