What changed
- Constructor: What’s new and Product roadmap open the public documentation and roadmap pages; administrators can optionally override URLs in instance settings.
- Operator Line: MultiSelect fields in chat folder filters (bots, channels, subjects, tags, and similar long lists) now support search, so you can find values faster.
- Ticket analytics: the platform prepares consistent slices for ticket reporting and dashboards (operator load, response quality) so metrics are easier to build without mixing incompatible data sources in one query.
- Operator panel: small behavior refinements when working with a dialog (including on close) for a more predictable UI.
