Release 5.14.4

An appeal's position in the Operator Line queue now always matches the time shown on the row itself.

Operator Line

Fixed

  • Appeal order in the queue no longer "jumps" because of system events. In the "By last reply date" sort mode, an appeal whose last event was an operator joining, a transfer, or an internal note could end up above an appeal with a newer real message — even though the date shown on the row didn't reflect that. The row's position and the date it displays are now always consistent: a system event no longer moves an appeal up in the list, while an operator's reply or a new client message still does, as before. The "By creation date" sort mode and closed appeals are not affected by this fix.
