When an administrator changes which sites may load the widget, visitors connect under the new rules without restarting platform nodes; on multi-node setups the domain list stays in sync across servers. When Notification Center is enabled for your role, toasts carry clearer detail without stacking duplicates for the same event.

Toasts and bell. Notification body text can span several lines; channel and dialog topic strings align with UI language; repeat deliveries do not spam identical toasts without cause.
Closed-chat / ticket-closure notifications. When your working status disables inbound alerts, matching notifications skip Notification Center and toasts (aligned with Operator Panel behaviour).
