Release 5.14.10

This release fixes several statistics discrepancies — by period, by native dashboard tile, and on the Blocked Users card — plus two smaller but noticeable issues: Reels a client shares in Instagram Direct are no longer lost, and a client's reply in Operator Line no longer shows a random number instead of the label of the button they pressed.

Statistics

Fixed

  • Reports for a period now include the last day of the selected range. Statistics pages and exports (tables, filters, some value lists) could previously drop the last day of the period from the count, so the total for a period could differ from what native statistics or the AI assistant reported for the same range. Important: this also applies to historical periods — figures for past days, weeks, and months in these reports may rise slightly compared to what you saw before, and now match the rest of the reports. On instances configured with a non-UTC timezone, the period boundaries in a few Statistics tabs and dashboard KPI tiles were also corrected — expect a small change in those numbers after the update.
  • The Blocked Users → "Users blocked by an operator" card loads again with a bot filter applied. It used to fail with an error as soon as a specific bot was selected on the page; without a bot filter, it already worked.
  • Three native dashboard tiles were over-counting, and that's fixed. "Answers given to clients" and "Copilot suggestions" (Fastline tab) no longer count AI categorizer calls as part of their own total — previously these two figures didn't match the overall AI Answers count, because the categorizer's calls were counted twice. "Total operators online while missed dialogs were closed" no longer adds a phantom operator when nobody was actually online — that tile now shows 0 instead of an inflated number. Important: both changes apply across the full history; if your instance has Fastline Pro agents named something like "categorizer", past-period figures for "Answers given to clients" and "Copilot suggestions" may drop slightly, and "Total operators online…" becomes accurate for the entire history.

Client Chat

Fixed

  • A Reel a client shares in Instagram Direct is no longer lost — it now reaches the operator as a link. Previously, no message was created in the chat at all: the system tried to download the video as a file, could not (Meta only exposes the Reel's page, not the file itself), and the whole webhook failed. The operator now receives a clickable link to the Reel along with its caption, if there was one. A Reel the client uploads as their own video file is still saved as a file, as before.
  • A message with a file, video, or audio attachment is no longer lost entirely when the attachment itself fails to download. A failed download used to be able to drop the whole message from the chat; now, just like with photos, the chat receives a link to the original instead.

Operator Line

Fixed

  • A client's reply no longer shows a random number instead of the label of the button they pressed. In a chat with a client who taps inline buttons (for example, "Book a consultation"), Operator Line would occasionally show a technical number (for example, "188") instead of the button's text. This happened intermittently — the same bot, on the same day, could show either the label or the number, depending on whether another message had just arrived in the same aggregation window. The fix only affects new messages — numbers already recorded in chat history are not rewritten retroactively.
