What Changed

  • Menu item visibility. You can control visibility of individual menu items via settings — admins can hide or show specific sections.
  • Quality trend chart. Fixed average score calculation — days without data do not skew the result.

How It Changed

Before: The set of menu items was fixed.
Now: Visibility of individual items can be controlled via settings.
Why it matters: The interface can be tailored to roles and required sections.

Quality chart

Before: The average in the quality trend chart could treat days without ratings as zero or vice versa.
Now: The calculation uses only days with data; days without ratings do not skew the average.
Why it matters: Reliable service quality analytics.
