Release 5.14.6

This release continues the work on Operator Line folder counters from the previous release: the "Closed" folder no longer shows a counter at all, the remaining counters became cheaper to compute so they no longer slow the system down under heavy load, and a folder opened from a link or a bookmark now shows the correct list right away. It also includes a telephony and email forwarding fix, and a set of dark mode readability fixes.

Operator Line

Fixed

  • The "Closed" folder no longer shows a counter. Calculating an exact count for this folder was one of the most expensive counters in the sidebar and could slow the system down on instances with a large number of appeals. At the client's request, this badge has been removed.
  • Folder counters are cheaper to compute and stay accurate under load. The remaining counters now run a lighter query, so instances with a large number of appeals and operators no longer see slowdowns from counter calculation. When a count would be very large, the badge now shows a capped value (for example, "1000+") instead of taking a long time to compute an exact number.
  • The workspaces panel no longer shows an error while it is still loading. Opening the panel before the underlying data was ready previously returned an error; it now loads with an empty state instead and fills in as soon as the data is available.
  • Opening a folder from a link or after a page reload now shows the right list. For the FastLine and Paused folders, and for folders opened from a saved filter, reloading the page or following a direct link could show the sidebar badge with the correct count while the list underneath stayed empty. The list now matches the folder that is actually selected.

Telephony and email

Fixed

  • Email forwarding reliably includes the original attachments. Forwarding a client's email now consistently restores the original attachments, leaves out embedded images that are not real attachments, and removes duplicates. If the source message changed, an attachment became unavailable, or the total size is over 20 MB, the forward is not sent partially — the operator sees this instead of an incomplete email going out.
  • Phone number matching is more reliable. The system now recognizes different equivalent formats of the same phone number and consistently links a call or message to the correct client card, instead of occasionally creating or picking a different card for the same number.

Appearance

Fixed

  • Scenario builder canvas background is correct in dark mode. The canvas background dots could render as outlined circles instead of solid dots after visiting another page first. They now stay consistent regardless of navigation.
  • Notifications and the connection status banner are readable in dark mode. Toast notifications and the connection status banner previously showed low-contrast text on a white card in dark mode, and some notification elements (border, shadow, close button) were missing. All of these are now rendered correctly with proper contrast in both light and dark themes.
