Release 5.6.0

Use Teams as another customer conversation channel, keep queue visitors informed automatically, and review key statistics without leaving ConnectiveOne. Operators also get clearer chat history when a customer deletes a message or submits CSAT through the website widget.

Channels and Constructor

New

  • Microsoft Teams channel. When Teams is connected for a bot, messages from Teams can enter scenarios and reach Operator Line with a visible Teams channel label.

Improved

  • Channel setup hints. The Teams setup form shows the connection address that an administrator needs during Microsoft bot configuration.

Statistics

New

  • Statistics inside ConnectiveOne. Supervisors can open a native statistics workspace with cards and filters without switching to a separate reporting console.

  • Exports from statistics cards. When export is enabled, users can download table data directly from the statistics workspace.

Notification Center and profile

New

  • Topic filter for new-chat alerts. In profile notification settings, users can receive new-chat alerts only for selected topics or also include chats without a topic.

Improved

  • Cleaner notification text. Bell and pop-up notifications keep the topic and customer context without repeating the channel as a separate line.

  • Notification settings page. Long notification lists now scroll inside the active tab, so the header and tabs stay in place while you configure subscriptions.

Scenario Builder

New

  • Queue reminders for waiting visitors. Scenario authors can configure a sequence of messages for customers waiting in the operator queue; the sequence stops when an operator joins the conversation.

Website widget

Fixed

  • CSAT buttons in embedded scenarios. Score buttons keep their labels and submit the selected score correctly from the website widget.

Operator Line

New

  • Deleted-message marker. When a customer deletes a supported message in a channel, the chat keeps a visible marker instead of silently removing the row.

Improved

  • Safer actions on deleted messages. Operators cannot reply to or open attachments from a message that the customer has deleted.

Heads up

  • Teams must be connected by an administrator before operators can receive Teams conversations in Operator Line.

  • Statistics exports and deleted-message content depend on your instance settings; align them with your rollout owner before enabling them for teams.

  • Deleted-message markers appear only for channels that send deletion events to ConnectiveOne.
