Release 5.3.42
What changed
- Dashboard and touch norms: touch counting can respect the operator’s working calendar — easier to compare actual work with schedules and days off.
- Feedback: from the profile menu you can send feedback about the interface (a short problem description or suggestion) so product teams hear from you faster.
- Single working chat: the legacy embedded chat in the old panel is removed; conversations are handled in Operator Line with aligned search and dialog lists.
- Automatic operator assignment: fixes for critical cases where a conversation could fail to reach an operator or the queue behaved unstably after distribution.
- Constructor UI: small alignment of how hints and panels appear, without changing your business workflows.
How it changed
Previously, touch norms did not always reflect the personal calendar, structured UI feedback was harder to collect, some teams could still use the old panel chat, and auto-assignment could occasionally miss or mis-assign.
Now, touch tracking is closer to real schedules, feedback can be sent from the profile, everyone works in Operator Line, and operator assignment and connection are more predictable.
Why it matters: supervisors see workload more accurately, the product gets a clear improvement channel from users, and operators hit fewer “lost” or unassigned dialogs.
