Release 5.6.6
Mass broadcasts run in an updated mode: you see audience build progress, and delivery logs are separated from service notes about audience build. After a send, an open customer chat can show a service row with text and an image. In WhatsApp, when the 24-hour reply window is closed, you can send an approved message template. In Add to chat, long operator lists load in chunks as you scroll; copying field values works when the browser blocks normal clipboard copying.
Broadcast
Improved
-
New runs use the updated flow: large audiences show a recipient-build phase and progress, with recovery after temporary failures.
-
Very large filtered lists are handled in chunks so the send does not fail on a single oversized list.
-
Business hours are re-checked during long sends so messages do not continue after the window closes when that is configured.
-
Logs. Delivery events are separated from service entries for audience-build issues; channels and logs appear as distinct sections within the broadcast window.
-
Autobroadcasts. Time-of-day windows match the values saved in settings; creating or removing an autobroadcast from a scenario finishes predictably—you see a clear success state or an understandable error message.
Clients (Broadcast module)
Improved
- Contact counts by channel in Clients while preparing a broadcast: see counts per channel to estimate reach before you launch.
Operator Line — WhatsApp
New
- Template sending after the 24-hour session expires: instead of the usual composer, you step through an approved template with preview and placeholders.
Fixed
- Flickering “template required” state while message history is still loading.
Operator Line — add chat user
Improved
- Operator list loads long lists in chunks as you scroll; search waits briefly after you type. Search can use email and phone when stored on the profile.
Operator Line — fields and system messages
Improved
-
Copy on click for field values works when the browser restricts copying; you get confirmation or a clear error.
-
Rows after a broadcast. The dialog can show a dedicated block with formatted text and an optional image.
-
Line breaks stay visible for light formatting (such as links or emphasis); large layout blocks still use the structured layout.
Widget and scenarios — slider
Improved
-
Buttons on the slider step in the web widget: show buttons under the message or a classic keyboard, depending on step settings.
-
Slider step in the widget and Constructor keeps keyboard type, buttons, and “by state” routing with its parameter when the scenario is converted between builder views.
Scenario Builder
Improved
- Step properties panel no longer pulls drafts and statistics from the previously selected step when you switch—fewer accidental edits.
Please note
-
Features your administrator turns on (including extended ticket analytics options) appear only after they are enabled in your environment.
-
After Constructor screen updates, review the Clients area in the Broadcast module if you have a non-standard rollout.
