When several people open the same scenario, you see who is editing and can continue in a coordinated way. In Telegram, messages about temporary send limits are clearer, multi-file uploads are faster, and photos from the operator panel send more reliably. Analysts and supervisors get consistent access to the funnel list; a hybrid ticket analytics tab appears in the built-in statistics workspace when an administrator turns it on for your environment.

Scenario Builder

New

  • Concurrent editing. If another user (or your second tab) already has the scenario open, you see blocking, guidance, and actions (reload or take editing over) before accidental edits on the canvas.

Improved

  • Navigation while sharing edit ownership. Closing a tab or changing sections correctly frees editing for other users.

Operator Line and operator panel

Improved

  • Multiple files in one message. Validation and preparation for attachments are more efficient when many files are added at once.

Fixed

  • Telegram: temporary send limits. You see a clear message instead of a generic error.

  • Telegram: photos from the operator panel. Photos from the chat reach the customer more reliably in the Telegram channel.

Statistics

Improved

  • Funnel list. Users with scenario or funnel view rights no longer get a misleading failure message; without rights you get a clear “access denied” style response.

New

  • “Tickets — hybrid analytics” tab in the built-in statistics workspace with ticket quality and productivity metrics. Visible only when an administrator enables the corresponding mode for your environment.

Broadcast (autobroadcast)

Improved

  • Time of day for autobroadcasts. Sending windows align with a consistent hour-and-minute format so sends do not drift because of regional time-format settings on the system side.

Fixed

  • Scenario actions “create / remove autobroadcast”. If the change is not saved or removed, the scenario reports error correctly instead of a false success.
