Release 5.3.40
What changed
- Distribution audit: full pagination for session history, a clearer per-topic chart on the queue status page, and richer audit entries (skill groups, subjects, transfers, connections) stored in a dedicated store with a retention window — easier to see why a specific conversation was chosen.
- Operator Line: the chat history dialog scrolls more reliably on long threads; Fast Line rooms show up correctly in folders alongside chats and tickets; after you pick a quick reply, the large preview strip no longer blocks the conversation; translate client message picks the right bot more consistently and surfaces clearer errors.
- Outbound email: messages send from the sender address you select in the compose modal instead of always using the default account.
- Instagram: postback taps show the button label clients understand, not only the technical payload.
- WhatsApp: photo captions from the message action are passed through more reliably.
- Scenario Builder: when you move nodes between sections, translations stay attached; main outgoing edges on multi-handle nodes (keyboard, template) no longer attach to the first button by mistake; in role settings the section is labelled Scenario testing (replacing the old wording).
- Fast Line Pro knowledge base: document segmentation rules match whether you create a dataset or add a file later; the default chunk size can be set via an instance setting (when unset, behaviour matches the familiar default).
How it changed
Previously, audit history stopped after a few pages without loading more from the server, records did not always show skills and subject context, long histories were awkward to scroll, Fast Line rooms could disappear from folder views, quick replies left a bulky preview, translation could fail because the wrong bot id was used, new email ignored the selected sender, Instagram postbacks looked technical, WhatsApp captions could drop, moving nodes between sections lost translations, main edges from keyboard nodes sometimes wired to the wrong handle, and segmentation rules differed between dataset creation and document upload.
Now, audit delivers a complete paginated picture with enriched events, queue charts are easier to read, chat history behaves like the main thread, folders include Fast Line, quick replies stay out of the way after insertion, translation and email honour user choices, Instagram and WhatsApp channels behave more predictably, the scenario editor keeps translations and branches aligned, and Fast Line Pro applies consistent segmentation with a configurable default chunk size.
Why it matters: supervisors troubleshoot queue decisions faster, operators face fewer UI distractions, scenario authors spend less time fixing broken branches after moves, and the knowledge base behaves the same at every step.
