Release 5.3.22

What Changed

  • "Create new dialog" button and info panel. The info panel and create-new-dialog button display and behave correctly.

How It Changed

Before: In some states, the info panel or "Create new dialog" button could show incorrect state.
Now: Panel and button match current context.
Why it matters: The operator sees the correct UI and can create a new dialog without confusion.
