Release 5.12.1

5.12.1 is a stability release: it removes a delay in distributing dialogs to free operators, restores automatic Fastline dialog closing, and fixes a set of bugs in broadcasts, CSAT surveys, automations, and Facebook page connection.

Faster dialog distribution — removed a 15–30 second delay before assigning a dialog to a free operator.
Fastline auto-close — fires again on the inactivity timer, including after a system restart.
Node ID in the scenario builder — visible on the canvas, in search results, and in the config panel, without opening DevTools.

Faster dialog distribution to free operators

Before: with free operators available, a dialog could still wait in the queue for 15–30 seconds before assignment — critical for teams with a tight first-response SLA.

Now: assignment to a free operator happens in a fraction of a second.

Why it matters: a direct reduction in the client's wait time for the first operator response.

Slider products in the bot action history

Before: if the bot showed the client a product slider, the bot action history (last_steps) only displayed the label "bot: slider" — operators could not see what was actually shown.

Now: operators see the list of products (title, price, link) and can open a card preview directly from the dialog history.

Why it matters: operators and clients no longer have to guess whether the slider worked — the actual shown content is visible.

Navigating between images in the viewer

Before: if a client message had several attached images, only one could be opened at a time — viewing the next image meant closing the viewer and reopening it.

Now: the image viewer supports moving between images with on-screen arrows, keyboard (←/→/Esc), and touch swipes, without closing the viewer.

Scenario Builder

Persistent node ID display

Before: finding a node's ID required opening browser DevTools, slowing down scenario setup and support.

Now: the node ID is visible on the canvas (hover tooltip, click to copy), in block search results, and in the node configuration panel.

Why it matters: faster to find the right node, especially when search returns several results with similar numbers.

Fixed a lost photo parameter

Before: in some scenarios using the "Send Photo" action, a removed internal field could automatically reappear after publishing the scenario, causing the photo to fail delivery on Telegram.

Now: the removed field no longer reappears — the action sends the photo correctly.

Broadcasts

Fixed broadcast template deletion

Before: deleting a custom broadcast template could fail, leaving the template in the list.

Now: template deletion works correctly.

Fixed duplicate notification emails

Before: after re-saving a scenario, a single event (for example, a ticket status change) could send several identical email notifications instead of one.

Now: each event sends a single notification; the system also self-heals previously accumulated duplicates the next time the scenario is saved.

CSAT surveys

Mandatory comment for low scores

Before: when a setting required a comment for low scores and the client submitted one empty, the client saw a plain technical error page in English instead of the form — with no way to fix the response.

Now: the comment field is marked required upfront, and submitting it empty returns the client to the same form with an explanation and their previously entered text preserved.

Automations

Fixed automation schedule display

Before: changing an automated action's schedule in the "Automatic Check" block was saved correctly, but the UI kept showing the old value even after saving and reloading the page.

Now: the UI shows the current schedule and parameters immediately after saving.

Facebook channel

Fixed premature Facebook page catalog exposure

Before: after connecting a Facebook account to a bot, any Constructor user with access to that bot could see the full list of Facebook pages on the connected account in the channel settings — without logging into Facebook again.

Now: without a fresh connection, only the already bound page is shown (or an empty list); the full page list for selection is available only right after a successful account connection.

Why it matters: closes the risk of exposing a third-party Facebook page list to users without the corresponding access.

Interface

Fixed the documentation link in the help menu — it now correctly opens the documentation section in the current language.
The browser tab title now reliably shows the section name ("Menu: Section") both after a page reload and while navigating within the Constructor.
Fixed role settings translations — some group and permission names no longer show raw technical keys instead of readable labels.

Notes

Fixed dialog statistics requests without a specified period: a request without dates now defaults to the last 30 days instead of the full history. This does not affect normal UI behavior — the UI always sends a period.
