  • Operator who closes the chat. The system now correctly identifies and stores which operator closed the chat.

How It Changed

Operator who closes the chat

Before: When a chat was closed, the system could incorrectly record who closed it.
Now: The operator who closes the chat is correctly identified and stored in logs and reports.
Why it matters: Reporting and analysis of operator work become more accurate.
