Administrators can list extra corporate From addresses on a skill group; operators see them when choosing outbound mailboxes. In Scenario Builder, hovering the workflow title shows which section is active, and duplicate entry-point aliases are detected across all sections.

  • Additional allowed sender addresses. Besides the default address, you can store a list; it is used for outbound mail, the operator’s sender picker, and cleanup when an address is removed from a group.

  • Section tooltip on the workflow name shows where you are working, including a “starting section” badge when relevant.

  • Duplicate entry-point aliases are checked across all sections, not only nodes on the current canvas.

  • Section list in the sidebar uses less default height, so you scroll less on typical screens.
